Doraemon has won numerous manga awards in Japan, and the character was named one of Asia’s top 22 figures by Time Asia magazine. Since its debut, Doraemon has not only become one of Japan’s most beloved characters and manga series but also a cultural icon of the country, cherished by children worldwide.
